International Transfers Outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we ensure that such transfers are conducted in full compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable regulations issued by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
We take appropriate measures to ensure that personal data transferred outside KSA is afforded a level of protection no less than that required under the PDPL, including, where applicable:
- Transferring data only to countries or entities that provide an adequate level of personal data protection
- Implementing legally binding agreements and contractual safeguards to protect personal data
- Ensuring transfers are necessary for legitimate purposes and limited to the minimum required data
- Obtaining required approvals or permits from the competent authority, where mandated
- Applying appropriate technical and organizational security controls
We do not transfer personal data outside KSA unless it is permitted under applicable laws and regulations and adequate safeguards are in place to protect such data.
